Independent contractors will operate as part of the Humanity team to deliver seamless, high-quality digital marketing solutions to our clients. Daily availability, Monday – Friday during working hours, is required. Time commitment is 20 to 25 hours per week.

Scope of Work:
The Content Creator will support the Digital Communications team on a wide range of digital communications efforts for Humanity’s client-base. This role may be asked to engage on various pieces or all of the following activities:
- Provide support to our Directors on day-to-day day social media management for Humanity’s client companies. This includes helping the Directors implement the client’s brand identity across social channels; supporting the implementation of visual design strategies; and providing support on various tasks related to client promotional strategies.
- Create graphics, videos, gifs, memes, and more using the client’s brand guidelines and Canva.
- Ensure social media content aligns with channel objectives and strategies, brand voice and tone, and social media best practices. Schedule and publish approved content on social media channels.
- Moderate channels and ensure interactions are acknowledged and addressed in a timely fashion. Maintain internal processes and protocols related to community management and issue resolution. Develop responses to questions, comments, and issues, ensuring all responses use the appropriate brand voice and tone.
